• Legal documents and policy frameworksAll rights are strictly reserved.3. AUTHORIZED USE OF BRAND ASSETS
Use of ShipXcel’s name, logo, or visual identity is permitted only under the following conditions:✔ Written authorization from ShipXcel

✔ Use of official materials provided or approved by ShipXcelAuthorized parties may use brand assets only in the exact form, style, and manner approved. • Using the ShipXcel logo, name, or identity without approval
• Displaying the logo on websites, documents, or promotional materials without permission4.2. IMPERSONATION OR FALSE REPRESENTATION
• Claiming affiliation with ShipXcel without authorization
• Presenting oneself falsely as a ShipXcel employee, agent, or representative
• Using ShipXcel branding to solicit business unlawfully or misleadingly4.3. COUNTERFEIT OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
• Creating fake documents, emails, or accounts using the ShipXcel identity
• Misusing ShipXcel’s brand in scams, phishing activities, or illegal schemes
• Impersonating ShipXcel on social media, websites, or other digital environments4.4. TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
• Registering or attempting to register marks similar to ShipXcel
• Using confusingly similar brand names, logos, or domains4.5. DOMAIN AND ONLINE MISUSE
• Registering domains containing “shipxcel” or misleading variations
• Creating social media accounts or online profiles using ShipXcel’s name

• Not creating unofficial templates, documents, or marketing materials7. ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL ACTIONS
ShipXcel will take immediate action against unauthorized or fraudulent use of its brand. Enforcement measures include:✔ Cease and desist notices
✔ Trademark enforcement
✔ Domain seizure or takedown actions
✔ Platform abuse reporting
✔ Civil claims for damages
✔ Criminal reporting in cases of impersonation or fraudShipXcel reserves the right to pursue remedies globally under applicable commercial, civil, and criminal laws.8. REPORTING BRAND MISUSE
