✔ Legal claims for damages
✔ Criminal reporting in cases of fraud or impersonationShipXcel reserves all rights to pursue civil, commercial, and criminal remedies globally.8. Reporting Brand MisuseShipXcel encourages anyone who discovers potential misuse of our brand to report it immediately.Report suspicious activity to:
